How can we get water?

EDITOR— I have a house in Bwebajja about 900 metres from the main road. For the last two years, I have gone to the Kajjansi National Water and Sewerage Corporation office applying for water but with no results.

The area has swollen to about 60 people but to date there is no water! Early this year, we were told NWSC had burst their budget but we “were on schedule in the new financial yearâ€.
My neighbours and I kept going there regularly and were assured of water soon. People think I am a member of staff at the NWSC! Now more than three months in the new financial year and the story has changed to “before year endâ€!
I bet by New Year, we shall still be begging! Surprisingly, we got power within two months of applying! So, NWSC, what can we do to get water?
