German NGO to build school lab

KASESE - A German charity organisation, Rwenzori e. V, is set to carry development activities in the district. UPDF to fight fire with fire

KARAMOJA - The army will not hesitate to shoot at any warrior who attempts to shoot at them. The UPDF third division spokesperson, Capt. Henry Obbo, said this last Friday at his office in Moroto. “The army will not sit down when warriors begin frustrating its efforts to pacify the sub-region through disarmament,” he said. The statement follows various incidents in Karamoja where warriors attempted to shoot at the soldiers while on foot patrols. Citing a recent case in Kotido district, Obbo said two Dodoth warriors who tried to shoot at soldiers were killed and another two were captured alive.
