EDITOR—The residents of Mulago 3, Kawempe, live in a noisy environment. There is a bar called Organic Sports Bar which plays very loud music daily until the early hours of the morning. The local council officials seem to have been compromised because all our complaints fall on deaf ears. When the manager of this bar is approached, he contacts one of the two UPDF captains who are his relatives and stay in the locality to intimidate the complainants. Organic Sports Bar bar is on Nsooba Road off Mawanda Road in Kalerwe in the middle of a residential area. Only the Police or NEMA can call the proprietor to order as our LCs are useless.
