When you expose the phone to the sun for about 10 minutes, it gets enough power for a three-minute call.
Left in natural light for longer periods, the solar panel generates enough standby power to enable the phone be used without further charging.
The phone also includes an in-built pedometer which records the number of steps you take based on your body’s movement. It can be a motivational weight loss tool.
