EDITOR—Why should claims for land in Moyo by the Kajo Keji commissioner, Muki Batali Bulli, infuriate the Uganda delegation? (<i>The New Vision</i>, December 14). Everyone in Africa should return to his or her ancestral land.

Dr. Dominic Dipio, the head of the Literature department, Makerere University recently issued a documentary confirming that the ancestral home of the Madi is in Nigeria.
The Madi should return to their ancestral home in Nigeria. The main purpose of this letter therefore is to notify Nigeria that the Madi are coming—and soon!
