SOCCER-Referees Festus Kirumira and Michael Isabirye are among the 39 names released for a cooper test ahead of the Super League second round fixtures, after serving their suspensions. Liburd Masembe and Robert Bukenya, whose suspensions end February 12, were not on the list of those to be tested on Saturday morning at Namboole. Kirumira has been serving a one-year suspension for mishandling the aborted Iganga-Ediofe encounter.
