Cabinet reshuffle!

EDITOR—President Yoweri Museveni has made a Cabinet reshuffle, but I am not comfortable with his re-appointment and retention of John Nasasira, considering the anarchical state of our roads.

EDITOR—President Yoweri Museveni has made a Cabinet reshuffle, but I am not comfortable with his re-appointment and retention of John Nasasira, considering the anarchical state of our roads.

Why couldn’t the President replace Nasasira since he now appears to be the minister of potholes instead of decent roads? is the President happy and comfortable with the state of our roads? I am not happy with this appointment Mr. President.

EDITOR—Congratulations Peter Lokeris and Simon Lokodo upon your new ministerial appointments. I think change has come to Karamoja.

Although you are to serve the entire country, Museveni appointed you to help develop Karamoja. Electricity and tarmac roads can now be extended to Karamoja to boost industries and mining.

It is up to you now to ensure quick disarmament and advocate the setting up of a cement industry in Karamoja to employ would-be rustlers. Use those ministries to make Karamoja better.
