1,000 Ugandans to study in Canada

A CANADIAN university is set to train about 1,000 Ugandans in various disciplines. Key2Careers University will mainly focus on business, accounting, information technology, digital media design and industrial training this year.<br>

A CANADIAN university is set to train about 1,000 Ugandans in various disciplines. Key2Careers University will mainly focus on business, accounting, information technology, digital media design and industrial training this year.

Concern Foundation Uganda, a local non-governmental organisation will help Ugandans access the education opportunities.

“Studying or working in Canada has been simplified. We shall be taking about 1,000 Ugandans this year,” said Harold Ssenkungu, the organisation's director at a press conference on Monday.

“The public should know that Key2Careers College University is offering Ugandans a chance to get professional training and skills necessary to empower them in this increasingly competitive technology era. This will be through providing world class education and good a study environment in Canada.”
