A self-employed resident of Nsambya, a city suburb, on Thursday received sh250,000 she won in the Cashlines game.

This brings the number of winners to 15 and the total amount of money won to sh3.1m, leaving a sh16m balance. There are nine days left to the game.

Catherine Nabuuma, 27, received her cash prize from the New Vision northern regional marketing officer Rogers Opigo at the company headquarters.

Nabuuma described her prize as a Godsend, saying her two siblings had been sent away from school.

“The school where my they study wanted me to clear all the fees but I didn’t have money. I will pay the fees right away and they will return to school,” she said.
