Cashlines: We need an explanation

I have never got the cash, but it is a game anyway. However, one thing that has caught my attention is the unfairness with which The New Vision treats us (readers).

On Page 4 of the September 26, 2007 issue, you told us that the game would end in five days time and sh16.5m was still up for grabs. For the last 24 days, only sh3.5m has been given.

Instead of increasing on the numbers to be circled in order to increase our chances of winning, you reduced them from three sets to two. More so, you used to give us five sets for the first three days of the game.

What is the logic behind all this?
I know there is the grand draw but you never give out more than sh2.5m at the draw. I think we (the readers) deserve an explanation.
