Former property Masters boss Patrick Kasulu was yesterday sent to Luzira Prison for failure to pay over sh9m to a client, reports Hilary Nsambu.
It is alleged that Kasulu sold land to George Tumuhimbise but failed to give him the land and reimburse the money.
Kasulu, who was recently released from prison over similar charges, had requested the High Court to declare him bankrupt but his plea was rejected.
