Rev Abdul Nadduli
Outspoken former Luweero district chairman Abdul Nadduli is a priest who cannot conduct a mass or offer sacraments. He amused a big gathering on Saturday at Kasangati at a seminar on land when he boasted that Archbishop Cyprian Lwanga knows him as his
‘outside priest’ who thoroughly explains the Bible to locals in Luweero district. Lwanga was the Bishop of Luweero district before he replaced Emmanuel Cardinal Wamala. Nadduili said that though a Muslim he can ably explain the Bible to Christians.

Kyanjo’s talent
MP Hussein Kyanjo admits that his slender size is not fit for boxing. He however boasts that God gave him a wealth of words he uses to send verbal missiles to his enemies. He apologised to a mammoth gathering that attended a seminar on land at Kasangati on Sunday for not being ‘the fat man’ they were expecting but assured them that he has a barrage of convincing words.

Museveni leads
If there is anyone who can promote local proverbs at international conferences, President Yoweri Museveni takes the lead. Presiding over the closureof CHOGM at Speke resort Munyonyo after the new Commonwealth Secretary General Kamalesh Sharma had slammed partial globalisation, Museveni supported him: “Partial globalisation is a danger to the world. Here when food is half-cooked we call it ‘kukonesa.’ It is very dangerous food. You’d rather eat it raw.”

Tall men phobia
The success of Don McKinnon as Secretary General of the Commonwealth have erased president Yoweri Museveni’s phobia for tall whitemen. He told Commonwealth leaders at Munyonyo that when the towering outgoing Secretary General came to him campaigning for the post, he was hesitant to support him because of his height. “I had bad experience with tall men. I had previously supported Malcolm Fraser and was disappointed. Out of superstition I did not want to support McKinnon). However, my Christian instincts emboldened me and I was not wrong,” Museveni told the amused leaders.
