CIVIL society organisations have criticised the Yumbe district executive committee for delaying to discuss a report on Yumbe Hospital, reports Frank Mugabi.
The report by the MAYANK anti-corruption coalition last year uncovered financial mismanagement at the hospital.
It said of the sh59.7m received between January and August 2008 for procurement of drugs, only sh4.7m was utilised, adding that the hospital authorities failed to account for the balance.
