FIFA referee Dennis Batte is the only Ugandan among nine centre and 11 assistant referees set to take a fitness test today ahead of the CECAFA U-17 championship starting in Sudan tomorrow. Batte arrived in Khartoum yesterday and wil take the test this morning. Twelve countries are competing.
