SIMU-PONDA Bridge in Sironko district is to be improved, Chris Muganzi, the works ministry permanent secretary, said in bid notice.
The project will be implemented by the ministry’s directorate of engineering.
Muganzi said the works would involve clearing of the construction site, excavation, fixing of reinforcement, concrete and embankment on protection works.
“Eligible firms should demonstrate experience in the construction of at least two works of a similar nature and an equivalent to proposed works.â€
