KAMPALA
Justice Faith Mwondha of the High Court has said she will not hear a land dispute against the Seventh Day Adventist Church until the complainant obtains letters of administration. “It is important that the court gets the matters right concerning ownership of the property,” she said. Jacob Mutabazi, a Norway-based Ugandan teacher, sued the church for allegedly grabbing his late father’s land at Kireka. He also accused it of exhuming his father’s remains and re-burring them elsewhere without his (Mutabazi’s) authority.
