SIR – Listening to Prof. Mondo Kagonyera talk on various forums, you would think he is a man of integrity! However, the revelation of his obscene activities when he was at NSSF with Chandi Jamwa have exposed his true colours! He therefore has no moral authority to remain Chancellor of Makerere University.
If I were him, I would have apologised, resigned and paid back the money. What values can young people learn from the likes of Kagonyera? Talk of wolves in sheep’s skin!
