DURING his career heyday in the 1990s, Rasta Rob MC, who now goes by the moniker Master Robbo, was not only the most adored FM radio presenter, but also one of the finest disc spinners in the land. However, the then very popular Ange Noir discotheque DJ decided to pursue kyeyo abroad.

For almost one decade, Ugandans had to forget about the man who had made Ange Noir worth paying a visit. Many were surprised when Rasta Rob made a comeback last year, securing himself a slot on Super FM as a presenter.

But it is not until tonight that Ugandans will get a chance to see him re-launch his career as a disc spinner. Rasta Rob will be the guest DJ during this month’s Uganda Waragi UTAKE tonight at Steak Out bar on Lumumba Avenue. The do kicks off at 9:00pm.
