Ingredients (one serving)
Chicken one breast
Cumin seeds a pinch
Yogurt four tablespoons
Sliced green chillies
Onions two
Garlic cloves six
Tomatoes one
Masala yellow powder a pinch l Kashmilri chilli powder a pinch
Cumin powder a pinch
Gara masala
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Black pepper a pinch
Vegetable oil two tablespoons.

Method
Chop the chicken into five pieces.
Add salt to taste, oil, black pepper, Yogurt and leave to stand for10 minutes.
Heat the pan and add oil, sprinkle cumin seeds, slices of chilli and stir the chilli to produce a nice aroma.
Add onions and garlic paste, fry to golden brown.

Add tomatoes, stir and cook.
When ready the mixture produces a layer of oil floating on top.
Add two tablespoons of Yogurt add yellow and gara masala and stir.

Add the marinated chicken and stir for five minutes.
Add water, cover tightly and boil until the chicken is cooked. l Garnish with coriander leaves, vegetable salad and serve with paratha.
