THE last we heard, Dr Simeon Kayiwa, a renowned evangelist and senior pastor at Namirembe Christian Fellowship in Kampala, was headed off to the Regent University in Virginia, USA, where he had been offered a teaching position.

This was after he got his second doctorate in Thelogy from the Latin University of California Now he is set to open Kayiwa University, Kampala, which on plot 336, Balintuma Road, in March. It will be an affiliate of the Latin University of California and will start as a theology college but later expand to other disciplines.
