RAYMOND Kitenda, a pupil of Sir Apollo Kaggwa Primary School, Nakasero, scored distinctions in all the four subjects.Kitenda, who is in South Africa for holiday said on phone that he expected to perform well because he spent sleepless nights reading books.

“I thank God for these good results and my teacher who taught me maths and science, which I passed very well,” he said.

Kitenda’s father, Derrick Tenywa, said he believed his son could make it since he used to perform well and won many prizes. His mother said her son liked playing and watching soccer especially the international matches on television.

She added that she was happy that he spared time for books, which led to his success.
