Application guidelines.

Christine Karungi, the FAWEU prgramme officer, says they realised that while girls are supported, there are also very desperate boys who are very needy; yet academically promising and they need help. FAWEU supported over 2,500 girls to attain secondary school education in 2007. Apply to FAWEU, Plot 328, Bukoto PO Box 24117, Kampala.

Deadline is February 8. Applicants are asked to write a letter explaining why they need the support, have a recommendation from their headteacher and attach two recent report cards. They should also attach a recommendation from the LC1 chairman and include a telephone contact. Attach a sketch map to your place, from your nearest trading centre.
