JOHN Snow Inc (JSI) and the Uganda Programme for Human and Holistic Development (UPHOLD) have invited bidders to supply HIV testing kits and laboratory materials.
Bidding is to be conducted according to JSI and USAID procurement policies.
According to the John Snow website, www.jsi.com, UPHOLD is an integrated social services programme designed by the Government and USAID.
“It is strategically oriented to increase the utilisation, quality and sustainability of education, health and HIV and AIDS services in 34 districts covering approximately 42% of the country’s population.â€
