EDITOR—I call upon the former MP of Bukhooli North, Abdu Balingirira Nakendo, not to fool people that he is going to contest the next by-elections for the post he lost in court. <br>
EDITOR—I call upon the former MP of Bukhooli North, Abdu Balingirira Nakendo, not to fool people that he is going to contest the next by-elections for the post he lost in court.
If court ruled that he lacks the academic papers for that seat and all courts ruled him out, there is no way he can bounce back. He still does not have the required papers.
In the sixth parliament he had the same problem when he went to court to testify in a case against the Government over lack of quorum during the passing of the 2000 referendum bill.
Nakendo should instead support the youth to replace the ageing leaders.
