ALL Africa Games gold medalist Moses Kipsiro is optimistic he will win the 2007 Uganda telecom-USPA Sports Personality of the Year award.

ALL Africa Games gold medalist Moses Kipsiro is optimistic he will win the 2007 Uganda telecom-USPA Sports Personality of the Year award.
USPA, together with their sponsors Uganda telecom, is set to crown the winner in the scribe’s annual gala next month.
The athlete expressed his desire at a ceremony where he picked the uganda telecom-USPA monthly award for January 2008.
While picking the award at Uganda telecom headquarters yesterday, Kipsiro regretted having missed the previous events that recognised him.
“Thank you for this. You have given me the best award of the month. I have been missing a lot that I have known today. I pray to God that I win (the overall award next month),†Kipsiro said.
