THE Police are investigating the circumstances under which two children suffocated to death in a saloon car at Kyebando, a city suburb on Tuesday afternoon, reports Chris Kiwawulo and Roderick Ahimbazwe.
Joel Mujuzi, 4, and Kenny Wish, 3, of Erisa zone, died after they locked a car they were playing in. Kampala Extra Police spokesman Simeo Nsubuga said they visited the scene and recorded statements from the parents.
