PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni has visited ailing Busoga Kyabazinga Henry Wako Muloki at his palace in Nakabango, Jinja district. Sources said Museveni spent almost an hour talking to Muloki on Sunday.

The Kyabazinga was recently discharged from Kampala International Hospital where he spent three days on ‘a medical review’, sources added.

In April, Muloki spent 10 days in Padova Hospital, Italy, where he underwent a throat operation in 1999.

Museveni reportedly promised to help the Kyabazinga get further treatment.

“The Government enjoys cordial relations with the Kyabazinga, therefore cannot forsake him.”

He was quoted as having described the Busoga Kingdom leadership as one that has never been at loggerheads with the Government.

Recently, the Government embarked on renovating the Kyabazinga’s palace on Igenge hill in Bugembe.
