Rhoda Tumusiime goes to Ethiopia

Rhoda Tumusiime, the Commissioner for Planning in the Ministry of Agriculture, has moved on to bigger things. Tumusiime was recently appointed Commissioner, Agriculture and Rural Economy at the African Union (AU). For the next four years, she will be in charge of environment, water, agriculture and food security at the AU Secretariat in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Tumusiime, who has worked for the ministry for the past 13 years, threw a mega bash for friends and family at Golf View Inn, Entebbe last Friday, before she flew out of the country with her family and staff on Monday.
