Fortunate Ahimbisibwe reports that the spokesman, Patrick Mukiibi, said in a statement that the staff had not been sent on forced leave.
“By a resolution of the board, the investigations division formerly under the department of internal audit, tax investigations and internal affairs, was restructured into the department of tax investigations.â€
He said the positions therein had been advertised and would be filled on a competitive basis.
