CRANES’ runaway coach Laszlo Csaba has after just two pre-season friendly match defeats at Hearts Football Club concluded that the Scottish side will certainly benefit from the arrival of Cranes’ creative midfield heart, David Obua.

Csaba, who is still being pursued by soccer governing body FUFA for refusing to pay over sh300m for abandoning his contract with Uganda, watched his side collapse to a 1-0 defeat to Dunfermline on Wednesday. It is his second ‘defeat’ after a 6-5 shoot-out loss the Hungarian suffered at the hands of non-league side Glentoran on Monday after a 1-1 draw.

Hungarian agent Janos has been ordered, according to reliable reports from England, to persuade former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Obua to bring to a close his trial stint at West Ham and settle for a move to Scotland.

“He (Csaba) thinks he can do a job at Hearts. He really needs him. Most of the communication has been between him and Obua’s agent Janos,” the source disclosed.

“If nothing happens at West Ham by Friday then Hearts will most likely be his second option,” he added.
