BUKOTO South MP Mathias Birekeraawo and Buikwe South MP Dr. Lulume Bayiga, who are wrangling over the Democratic Party (DP) Secretary General position, sat next to each other on one row of the scantily occupied opposition side in Parliament on Wednesday.

During the debate on the state of roads, Birekeraawo said, “While touring my constituency in the countryside, after I was elected Secretary General of DP, I discovered that the roads are extremely bad.”

This provoked laughter as MPs on the Government side pointed at Lulume who was seated beside Birekeraawo. The two looked at each other and smiled. Way to go boys, politics is politics.
