KAMPALA city has sent a winning entry to the Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs (FICTS) in Milan, Italy.

KAMPALA city has sent a winning entry to the Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs (FICTS) in Milan, Italy.
The jury at the second Kampala International FICTS Festival held at Club Rouge, picked Olympic Fever that was filmed by Uganda Broadcasting Corporation Television recently.
The Festival attracted over 20 countries.
The film depicted the anxiety by Uganda’s team at the Olympic Games.
FICTS Vice President Andrew Luwandagga said the overall winner of the Festival will be announced in Italy in October.
