“We have received so many complaints against Shafik. We decided to forward some cases to Central Police Station to arrest him,” he said.

As soon as he was arrested, many people stormed the Police post to confess how he allegedly intoxicated and robbed them of property.

According to documents found with him, Shafik a resident of Zana, a Kampala suburb sometimes calls himself Abdu Mukyafu. However, many people around the park call him councillor. He is a resident of Zana city suburb and was born in Kitengesa Masaka district.
