HOLDERS Victors landed an easy home fixture against first division side Amusi Kwarikwari of Kumi in the round of 16 of the Kakungulu Cup which resumes on January 28.

Villa, who went past Kinyara in the second round, travel to Sharing who ejected KCC FC in the same round while 2006 winners Express visit Mbarara United in Kakyeka stadium.

FUFA competitions committee secretary Moses Magogo conducted the draw at their PostBank FUFA press conference at Mengo yesterday. The dates will be announced later

At the same conference Magogo, flanked by Uganda Super League Committee member Livingstone Lajan, unveiled the Uganda Super League second round fixtures in which Sharing will host Police in the first match at Nakivubo on January 17.

Villa, Express and KCC have home ties against URA, Kakira and Boroboro the following day respectively.

The league is slated to wind up on May 24 with games pitting Villa against Police, Express versus KCC and Bunamwaya against URA among nine games on the final day.

Meanwhile the Germany government yesterday donated 500 footballs to FUFA as part of their youth and women football development in Uganda.

Assistant ambassador to Uganda Regina Hees delivered the balls branded with anti-child labour and FIFA Fair Play messages to FUFA vice president technical Asuman Lubowa at Mengo.
