EDITOR—A couple of days ago I went to withdraw money using an ATM card in Standard Chartered bank opposite Kampala Sheraton.
However, the machine gave me sh210,000 less than the money I wanted. I went into the bank and talked to one gentleman who sent me to a lady. This lady was very apologetic.
She gave me a seat as she called for a staff called Alex who works on the ATM. Alex too apologised and assured me everything would be sorted out as soon as possible.
He got my details and that very evening the person who told me was in charge of ATMs—George, rang me too to apologise and affirm what Alex had told me earlier.
The next day George rang me to get my details to credit my account after apologising again How i wish all banks were like Standard Chartered!
