THE Bishop of Rwenzori Diocese, Benezeri Kisembo, has attacked the Government over failure to fight corruption. He said the Government had failed to punish officials embezzling public funds, citing the recent National Social Security Fund saga.

Kisembo said people were suffering in government hospitals because they had no drugs. He was addressing Christians who turned up to celebrate Christmas at St. John’s Cathedral, Kabarole on Thursday.
Kisembo also said Universal Primary Education and Universal Secondary Education did not benefit the poor.
