Nagadya is an IT manager in the Ministry of Local Government. The couple, who exchanged vows at Rubaga Cathedral in Kampala, hosted their guests to a reception at Tropic Inn Hotel, Masaka, later that afternoon. Scouts say Kaggwa had planned to charter a plane to fly the couple to Masaka, but failed to find one in time.
The nuptials, which featured Obsessions and renowned traditional singers, Tebifanana Abifuna, attracted Masaka bigwigs: chief executive officer Joseph Mukwaya, MP Masaka municipality John Kawaga, Rakai Chairman Semakula Setuba, Masaka chairman Sempijja Bamalagaki, MP Nakifuma, Sembabule district CAO Twesige and prominent Masaka lawyer Sir John Matovu.
