SIR — MTN responds to David N. Mushanga’s concern raised in his letter of march 22 about the company’s network. MTN is undertaking an upgrade exercise on its network to enhance its service quality.

SIR — MTN responds to David N. Mushanga’s concern raised in his letter of march 22 about the company’s network. MTN is undertaking an upgrade exercise on its network to enhance its service quality.

During this period, customers may experience intermittent interruptions in service. In instances where customers are unable to access the customer care helpline 123, they are encouraged to visit any of the MTN service centres for assistance.

Customers can also send e-mail to customercare@mtn.co.ug. MTN apologises for any inconveniences that have been caused as a result of these service disruptions.
