THE 2007 Kakungulu Cup competition kicks off on Monday, with four matches.
Regular entrants first division side Bazaar Holdings, who eliminated KCC FC last year, host Naguru at Nakivubo Blue primary school ground.
Royal Institute open their campaign with a home encounter against Kiira Young in Bwaise while Sports Club Villa Ex-players travel to Kansanga half London. Kamwokya play host to Catch Me in the other game of the qualifying round.
The first and second rounds of the event will be played on knock out while third, quarter-final and semi-final stages will be on a home and away basis. The final will be a one-leg game at Nakivubo stadium. Super Division clubs join the competition in the second round.
FUFA competitions committee secretary Moses Magogo however revealed that the federation was yet to meet the sponsors, the Kakungulu family, to discuss a possibility of bringing other sponsors on board.
