HUMURA Investments has opened a $2.5m (sh4.3b) resort at Kitante in Kampala. The resort, which has a view of Kololo hill, has 18 deluxe rooms and a 50-seater conference room.

“Our vision is to provide personalised luxury that ensures our clients are at ease and their needs taken care of,” Swithin Munyantwali, the managing director, said.

Munyantwali said they offer spacious double rooms, twin beds and all-inclusive suites.

Trade and industry state minister, Prof. Ephraim Kamuntu, who opened the resort commended the directors for bringing home an exotic recreational idea after travelling worldwide.

“Bringing home employment opportunities that eventually better the lives of the people is commendable,” he said.
