Crane Bank sets foot in Iganga

CRANE Bank has opened a branch in Iganga to take financial services closer to the people in Busoga. The bank’s managing director, A.R Kalan, promised quality services.

CRANE Bank has opened a branch in Iganga to take financial services closer to the people in Busoga. The bank’s managing director, A.R Kalan, promised quality services.

“This is the fourth branch in Uganda. Since Crane Bank’s branches are under one network, customers will access all services like loans, Automated Teller Machines, quick deposits and withdrawals plus Western Union services,” Kalan said.

The branch manager, P.A. Subba, said in 10 days, the branch had wooed 650 new customers. Subba said they target 10,000 accounts in a year.

The chairman of the Ruparelia Group of companies, Sudhir Ruparelia, advised the business community to utilise the bank.

Crane Bank is a subsidiary of the group.
