Bills Tibayigana, the programmes director, who replaced Cotton, is bowing out next month. Scouts reveal that Cotton will also be the programmes director at the Nairobi-based KISS FM. Capital and KISS are jointly-owned by former New Vision boss William Pike and partner Patrick Quarcoo.
