Anguyo fails Mande feat
Dennis Anguyo failed to finish among the top 10 in the KCB Pro-Am golf tournament that ended at Limuru County Club in Kenya on Sunday. Kenya’s Anil Shal won the event. Anguyo wanted to emulate compatriot Godfrey Mande who lifted the Kibaki trophy in Nyeri last week but failed after returning 73 in two rounds for a total of 146.

Kigongo’s day
Cyclist Sebastian Kigongo booked a place on the All Africa Games team when he won the individual time trials on Sunday.
Kigongo finished in the qualifying time of 45:00 for the individual time trials and broke the reigning national record of 45:19 minutes on the 32km range set by Ibrahim Musiitwa in 1999.
