She was addressing MPs on the health caucus and the International Planned Parenthood Federation delegation during a breakfast meeting last week at Grand Imperial Hotel, Kampala.

The Archbishop of Mbarara Diocese, the Rt. Rev. Paul Bakyenga, has warned parents against forcing their children into early marriages. He was addressing parents, teachers and students of Archbishop Bakyenga Vocational Secondary School during the schools’ thanksgiving service last Thursday.

The Police has arrested two men suspected of supplying fake anti-malaria drugs to pharmacies. The suspects, Sam Ssekamanya and Hamza Kakooza, supplied fake quinine drugs to Kito Pharmacy, according to the district director of health services, Dr. Stuart Musisi.
