Herbert Kaihura, son of Justice Vincent Rwamisazi Kagaba, and Emma Rubatsimbira, the daughter of Sam Rubatsimbira of Nkokonjeru, Mbarara exchanged vows at St John’s Cathedral, Fort Portal on June 9, 2007. They held a grand reception which was attended by over a thousand guests at Ataco Resort Centre. Among the distinguished guests were Justices J.P.M.Tabaro, Dan Akiiki-Kiiza, Paul Mugamba, Geoffrey Kiryabwire and High Court registrar, Flavia Anglin.
