Stanbic Bank, inform customers

EDITOR—I am disappointed with the way I have been treated at stanbic bank, city branch. I applied for an Atm card and was told to pick it in a week and a half but for a full month now, my card has never been processed!

EDITOR—I am disappointed with the way I have been treated at stanbic bank, city branch. I applied for an Atm card and was told to pick it in a week and a half but for a full month now, my card has never been processed!

Whenever I check with them, I am told to get back after a week but have since got tired. When i went to withdraw money from the counter at the lugogo branch, i was told i could only be served at my branch.

I lined up at city branch where I hold an account but was not given the money and told that I could only use the counter to withdraw more than sh800,000. I had wanted to withdraw only sh100.000. I appeal to stanbic to inform their customers whenever the bank changes policies.
