Umeme is at times unfair to its clients

My name appears on that list although I am up to date with all energy payments to Umeme and yet I cleared all my bills.
When I left the flat at Makerere for a bungalow at the University's Katalemwa estate Umeme never updated their record.
I paid for all the energy consumed at the flat and opened a new energy account for the residence at Katalemwa.
