INDEPENDENT presidential candidate Dr. Abed Bwanika has said he will appoint President Yoweri Museveni and FDC presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye in his cabinet if he becomes president.

Bwanika said when he takes power in March, he will appoint Museveni, Besigye and other presidential candidates in his cabinet to strengthen his government and stabilise the country.

“I will appoint Museveni, Besigye, Miria Obote and Ssebana Kizito to my cabinet. I will give all of them ministerial posts, depending on the percentage of votes they got in elections,” Bwanika told a rally on Wednesday at Soroti independence gardens.

He said he will do this to prevented disgruntled losers to go to the bush to fight his government.

Bwanika asked the people of Teso to give Museveni 5% of their votes as a farewell, give Miria Obote 4% for being the only woman in the race, 2% to Ssebaana for his retirement, 10% to Besigye to welcome him back from prison and the remaining 71% to him for good governance.

Bwanika said Ugandans should not vote for Museveni after being in power for 20 years.

“The old man is tired, he needs to rest. Look at his campaign poster, you see and believe that he is tired,” he said. But the crowd clapped and flashed the FDC V-sign and chanted its slogans.
