An unidentified dumb man was on Friday charged with defacing President Yoweri museveni’s campaign posters.
The suspect was charged before Mwanga II road court grade two magistrate Charles Yeteise.
Court heard that the suspect was arrested in Old Kampala on December 27, by the Electoral offences Squad after tearing down over 10 posters.
Student held

Buganda Road Court has charged a student of Headmate Training School in Kampala with forging documents and attempting to obtain a bill of lading from Posta Uganda in January last year.
Emmanuel Mukiibi was on Tuesday charged with four counts of fraud which he denied.
