KAMPALA — The General Court Martial (GCM) trial of the 22 PRA suspects charged alongside Dr. Kizza Besigye flopped yesterday after their lawyers refused to turn up. The suspects are charged with terrorism and illegal possession of firearms. They have, however, petitioned the Constitutional Court to stop the GCM from trying them, saying it lacks jurisdiction.
